Franz&René emphasizes the quality of service of the Geneva Manotel hotels
The Bern-based advertising agency Franz&René is designing and executing the latest campaign for the Geneva-based hotel group Manotel. The mission: to highlight the group's quality of service.

The Manotel Group owns six hotels in Geneva that could not be more different: feng shui for the Hotel Jade, street art for Ny'Y, Alpine atmosphere for the Edelweiss, elegance for the Royal. However, the hotels have one thing in common: an excellent quality of welcome that is repeatedly praised by all visitors.

Work hard, sleep hard
In the hotel industry, a satisfied customer is a customer who sleeps well. It is therefore rather difficult to get them to talk. For this reason, Manotel opts for an umbrella campaign for all its facilities and puts the staff hidden behind the hotel comfort in the foreground. In a poetic paradox, each campaign subject shows a beautiful or a beautiful sleeper together with a seemingly contradictory text. At a second glance, this reveals the efforts of the staff to create unforgettable moments.
The campaign was launched in mid-May 2018 with print ads and includes further measures such as posters, business cards, giveaways and display banners.
