Farner launches campaign for work-life balance at SBB

SBB sees a lot of professional potential and valuable qualifications in mothers and fathers. SBB is working on various initiatives to make a difference in the area of work-life balance. The campaign for the specific re-entry program ties in with the employer value proposition already developed by Farner: "Do something big. Move Switzerland with us".

SBB is expanding its offers and instruments for reconciling job and family, thus taking even greater account of the needs of current family models. A specific re-entry program for mothers and fathers after parental leave is to offer a wide range of support, training and continuing education opportunities for a job re-entry with prospects.

Farner supports SBB in its ambition to become even more involved in the issue of work-life balance. The communication concept mandated in the course of the HR lead agency tender and now rolled out uses a broad spectrum of internal and external measures and links them synergistically.

Reconciliation of family and work

A study commissioned by SBB from ETH Zurich shows for the first time the added value of people re-entering the workforce from the perspective of decision-makers in the business world. This insight is used to generate content in the editorial media. The report kicks off in the current SonntagsZeitung.

SBB Kids paint on the theme of "Compatibility

The campaign relies on an authentic look. It shows mothers and fathers at SBB from the perspective of their children. For this purpose, a painting workshop with artistic direction was initiated at the Aargauer Kunsthaus. They are now published combined with target group and journey specific messages in a multi-level campaign framework and transfer to the relevant content of the specially created landing page Sbb.ch/backtobusiness.

Children welcome, even at the interview

The entrance area of SBB Recruiting World (top picture), decorated in a child-friendly way as part of the campaign, shows: SBB now also welcomes children at job interviews. After all, the stress of compatibility can already start at the job interview. At SBB, children of applicants who are unable to arrange childcare for the duration of the interview are professionally cared for as part of SBB's internal "Kidz Care" service.

Cooperation with "Any Working Mom

A cooperation with the online platform "Any Working Mom" rounds off the toolkit of the first campaign flight with podcasts, blog content and other qualitative community touchpoints.
