The somewhat different job advertisement for the Hiltl on Langstrasse
The new Hiltl on Langstrasse surprises with an unusual personnel campaign, created by Ruf Lanz.

Hiltl, the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world (since 1898), is opening a new restaurant on Zurich's Langstrasse, the "Chreis Cheib," in the second half of September. From early in the morning until late at night, guests will be able to enjoy the healthy Hiltl treat: The restaurant with takeaway on Langstrasse will feature a large buffet with many homemade delicacies, as well as a bar, a small store, and - something that cannot be missing in Zurich's nightlife district, of course - a club.
In a first step, employees are being sought for the new Hiltl Langstrasse. At Langstrasse in particular, Hiltl also wants to offer an opportunity to people who do not fit the usual mold of our meritocracy. This commitment is reflected in the personnel campaign, which is strikingly different from conventional job advertisements. People with below-average resilience or many gaps in their résumés are deliberately sought out. But also people who previously dealt in weed rather than vegetables. And the horizontal trade is also addressed.

Hiltl takes its social commitment very seriously, is committed to integrating the socially disadvantaged and offers them real job opportunities. In addition to the personnel campaign, Hiltl also works with local organizations such as HEKS or the social works of Pastor Sieber to recruit the team.
The conception and realization comes from the creative agency Ruf Lanz, which has been responsible for the multiple award-winning Hiltl campaigns since 2006. The staff campaign will be on display on Langstrasse from July until the end of the renovation; the motifs will cover the entire shop window area during the end of the construction phase. This will be accompanied by advertisements, posters and online measures.
