Farner stages SBB lateral entry campaign with emotional life stories
Team Farner is raising awareness for SBB about its career change opportunities and paid second-career training programs. Five short films showcase personal turning points in the lives of SBB employees and are intended to inspire the target audience to take the plunge themselves.

Life doesn't always go straight ahead. Changes open up new perspectives and make it possible to develop previous plans further. And when life changes direction, sometimes you also need to set a new course professionally.
SBB provides the space for this with its lateral entry opportunities and paid secondary training. A campaign by Team Farner presents these in a gripping way. Five short films show the life stories of SBB employees, their turning points and how these ultimately led to a change to SBB. They are intended to inspire the target audience and encourage them to take the plunge themselves.
Personal photo collections as a basis
The films were compiled and edited from hundreds of images from the protagonists' private photo collections. The message: "Because life sometimes needs change, we offer you opportunities to make a career change." The films are shown on YouTube, the usual social media channels and on Google.
