Coop stages Christmas from the perspective of a can of peas
Coop is continuing its Christmas tradition and presenting an extraordinary Christmas film: When the lights go out in the store at night, the products come to life. At the heart of the story is a small can of peas that fears it will be forgotten during the holidays.

Coop remains true to its Christmas tradition and is once again surprising Switzerland this year with a magical idea: The 2025 Christmas movie tells the story of the holiday season for the first time from the perspective of Coop products—or, more precisely, from the perspective of a small can of peas.
Singing Products and Rolling Googly Eyes
In a story full of Christmas magic, the products come to life at night when the store turns off its lights. Mandarins, potatoes, and Christmas trees look forward to playing their important roles at Christmas. Only the little can of peas fears that no one has a place for it at the celebration. But in the end, things turn out differently.
The story is told with lightness, emotion, and a big wink. It’s carried by a staged musical sequence full of singing products and rolling googly eyes. The soundtrack features the world-famous Christmas classic «Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,» freshly reinterpreted by HitMill.
360-Degree Campaign Starting in Mid-November
With the tagline «Greatness lies in the little things,» Coop not only echoes the film’s emotional message but also brings its brand promise—«For me and you»—to life in a surprising and accessible way right on the store shelf.
The film debuted in mid-November on TV, in theaters, and online. A 360-degree campaign featuring OOH, print ads, social media content, display ads, and in-store promotions continues the story and makes hearts beat faster.
