On Business Day, economiesuisse presented a visionary opening film that offers a glimpse into life in the year 2050. Seed Audio-Visual Communication AG produced this impressive film, which featured prominent voices and highlighted the importance of future-oriented infrastructure.

This year’s Business Day, organized by the business umbrella organization economiesuisse, was held under the theme «Smart Infrastructures 2050.» The event, which took place on September 6, 2024, at the Kursaal in Bern, focused on the essential topics of a sustainable energy supply and first-class grid and transportation infrastructures as the foundation for Switzerland’s competitiveness.

The event opened with a three-minute film by Seed Audio-Visual Communication AG. The film shows how different people envision life in the year 2050 and what role infrastructure plays in that vision. Directed by Hannah Dobbertin, the production was created in close collaboration with economiesuisse and served as a visual highlight of the event. In addition to former ETH President Lino Guzzella and Christine Antlanger-Winter, head of Google Switzerland, other high-profile speakers highlighted the key role of smart infrastructure.

The event attracted around 400 decision-makers from the worlds of business, politics, and society, and provided a platform for discussing the challenges and opportunities of the future. With this production, Seed once again demonstrated its expertise in the field of audiovisual communication and solidified its role as a leading creative agency in Switzerland.
