Partner & Partner: Branding with climate protection impact for Diesel KSHVO100

The sustainable diesel vehicle KSHVO100 has just arrived in Switzerland. The agency Partner & Partner is handling the naming, logo, and branding.

"HVO100" is the abbreviation for diesel that produces 90 percent fewer greenhouse gases throughout the entire production process, including combustion, and also has a better balance than fossil or bio-diesel in terms of other pollutants such as nitrogen oxides and particulate matter. Synthetically produced diesel is made from hydrogenated vegetable oil and can be made from 100 percent waste and residual materials.

In Europe, over 3,700 filling stations already supply private customers. Private car drivers in Switzerland cannot yet fill up at filling stations with the fuel, which already covers 50% of diesel demand in California and 20% in Norway, for example. However, this is already possible in the commercial sector and is particularly attractive for vehicle fleets and machines that cannot simply be converted to electric engines. This means that diesel vehicles such as tractors, generators and other vehicles in logistics and agriculture can fill up with fuel and drive off without having to convert.

The agency Partner & Partner has created the naming, logo and branding for New Process, the distributor of KSHVO100. The agency not only gave the fuel a technical name, but also the addition "Climate Protection Diesel". It is precisely this impact that is to be carried out into the world with the support of the branding. The aim was to develop a strong brand for a strong performance and a promising product in the classic combustion engine sector with a start-up character.
