Allink: New brand identity for commercial law firm Wenger Plattner

The Zurich-based branding agency has developed a comprehensive rebranding strategy for Wenger Plattner. With a fresh brand strategy and a clearly structured website, the law firm now presents itself as modern, approachable, and forward-looking.

The legal industry is changing: employer branding is becoming increasingly important in order to position the firm as an attractive employer for future employees. Wenger Plattner recognized this development early on and worked with Allink to strategically develop its brand image.

Modern branding with a clear attitude

Instead of using classic dark blue, the law firm is sending a powerful signal with "Poppy Red" - a color that communicates Swissness and consciously sets itself apart from the competition. A specially developed brand font reinforces the visual identity and makes a lasting impression. The modular design and responsive logo enable flexible use across all channels - digital and analog. The result is a stringent appearance that unfolds across all communication measures.

People in focus

A central element of the rebranding is the authentic portrayal of the team: over 100 portraits of employees - from lawyers to the back office - make the team visible and give the law firm personality.

"Finding the right step forward means being courageous, letting go of the old and remaining authentic. Allink immediately understood where we stood and provided us with competent support in every phase of the project," says Dr. Tobias Meili, lawyer and managing partner at Wenger Plattner.

With this holistic rebranding, Wenger Plattner is positioning itself as a modern law firm and increasing its own attractiveness for talent and clients in a sustainable way.
