Digital Awareness: Fabrice Zumbrunnen Most Wanted CEO in Switzerland
Every three months, the market analysts from ArgYou in Baar use a Big Data MaFo machine to measure how strongly the CEOs of the Swiss companies with the highest turnover are "searched" on the Internet on all search engines and social media channels.
A comparison between the first and second quarter shows that there are new faces among the top three CEOs. The new frontrunner is Fabrice Zumbrunnen as CEO of Migros. He outperformed a remarkable 14 CEO colleagues and is following in the footsteps of his predecessor Herbert Bolliger, who topped the rankings at the end of 2017, in terms of internet demand.
Marco Dunand, Mercuria Energy Trading, and Ian Taylor, Vitol, took second and third place respectively. Ian Taylor lost two places compared to the previous quarter. New entrant Jan Jenisch, LafargeHolcim Ltd. is in a strong fourth place. Severin Schwan, Roche Holding, is also among the big gainers, moving up 10 places. Vasant Narasimhan, Novartis, was at the bottom of the list last quarter and is now in midfield in 11th place.
