Kuble: AI chatbot Ava helps temptraining around the clock
Kuble has developed the AI chatbot «Ava» for temptraining: It answers standard inquiries in German, French, and Italian—with no wait time and in compliance with data protection regulations.

temptraining, the continuing education support organization for the Swiss temporary staffing industry, has been using the AI chatbot Ava—developed by Kuble – House of Intelligence—since the end of June 2026. The bot answers customer inquiries around the clock, in three languages, and with no wait time.
Many questions, little time
People who submit a continuing education application to temptraining usually have specific questions: Are they even eligible? What documents need to be submitted? How long does the process take? Although the answers are available on the website and in the portal, interested parties have had to search for them themselves among regulations, information sheets, and FAQ pages. Instead, many people picked up the phone or sent an email. Until now, several employees have been answering these standard inquiries, though their expertise was rarely put to good use in the process.
AI chatbot Ava takes care of the routine tasks
«Ava» is an avatar that you can interact with via chat or voice commands. Depending on the language version of the website, the chatbot is available in German, French, or Italian. It answers the most frequently asked questions about continuing education programs, eligibility requirements, and the application process—directly and clearly.
When personal judgment is required—such as for ongoing requests or unique individual situations—«Ava» does not provide hasty answers. Instead, the chatbot directs the person making the inquiry to the appropriate staff members. This ensures that service remains comprehensive without placing an additional burden on the team. According to the announcement, a decrease in inquiries to the service team was already observed in the initial phase following the launch.
Complex knowledge available at the touch of a button
Anyone who asks a question will receive an answer directly from temptraining’s entire database—without having to search for it themselves. People who prefer to call can still do so. This should free up the team’s capacity to handle these calls at their own pace.
Roger Oberholzer, Partner & Academy Lead at Kuble, sums up the approach: «AI is most useful when it takes the load off people. With »Ava,’ the temptraining team can once again do what it’s there to do: address the issues that deserve personal attention.”
Privacy by Design
«According to the company, »Ava” was designed to comply with data protection regulations. The chatbot relies exclusively on publicly available information and does not process any personal data. The solution is intended to meet the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation.
Kuble has been putting new technologies into practice since 2009. Since 2022, the Kuble Academy has trained more than 1,000 specialists and executives in practical AI skills.
