Elfred, the Christmas elf from Manor's current campaign, is now helping customers find the perfect gift via Facebook. Using a question-and-answer format, he suggests suitable Manor products.

"We've already received very positive feedback on Elfred as a gift guide, and we're thrilled that the interaction is generating so much buzz," said Sandra Kottenauer, chief digital & marketing officer and executive committee member at Manor.
For the gift search, various variables such as the age of the recipient and their preferences are queried. After a few clicks, a product is presented that can be ordered directly in the online store via a link.

Swiss influencer and model Steven Epprecht shows exactly how the search can go in a video on Instagram. First, Elfred wants to know more: "Tell me more about this special elf you want to give a gift to." Steven describes his father as an "adventurer" and provides Elfred with further clues in the chat regarding age group, preferences and budget. Step by step, Elfred helps him find a gift for his father.
