Virtual branch for Valiant Bank
The Swiss bank Valiant is leading the way and setting new standards in digital personal consulting at its branch in Brugg. Upon entering the branch, the customer is greeted by live video from the head office on a large screen and directed to the appropriate consulting zone. In the self-service area, screens can be used to open accounts or make appointments for advice, among other things. This reduces waiting times for customers, while the bank benefits from resource-saving customer contact and can thus also operate smaller branches efficiently. This "Banking 2.0" solution accompanies banks on the path to digitization at the POS without losing customer service or the quality of advice. It enables both digitally supported personal consulting and self-sufficient operation outside regular opening hours. The seamless networking of classic digital signage elements at the point of sale and in the shop window, interactive touch applications in consulting rooms and camera-based applications stands out in particular. This combination of individual systems leads to a positive customer experience that requires permanent staffing of the branch and still conveys personal contact, despite the complexity and the products requiring explanation. The project was one of the finalists of the Digital Retail Awards 2017, which are presented as part of Viscom.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qa0y6tZY3qY&feature=youtu.be
