He also specifically addressed the trends in the pharmaceutical industry. With the help of smartphones and "printed electronics", new areas of application are being opened up that will help shape the future. The new Pharma Security folding box from K+D was also launched at the same time as the first workshop. Combined on it are 12 different security features on the different levels visible, hidden and invisible. "With the publication of the Delegated Acts on the protection of medicines against counterfeiting, the importance of security features is once again increasing considerably," says Markus Naegeli, Head of Marketing and Sales at K+D AG. "With our new security folding box, we are demonstrating our ability to ensure that K+D is ready for the future requirements in the pharmaceutical industry."
