To dramatize the 125th anniversary of the Tages-Anzeiger, Wirz went into the archives.

What was on the minds of the people of Zurich in 1967? What was on their minds in 1955? Which events found their way into the critical press after the end of the war and thus inspired the thoughts of the German-speaking Swiss? Which articles served her to classify world events in the eighties?

The anniversary campaign developed by Wirz for the 125th anniversary of the "Tages-Anzeiger" assigns headlines to the city's population that have changed the world or at least Zurich. True to the mechanism of the tried-and-tested "You are what you read" campaign, snapshots from city life are combined with real "Tagi" headlines.

The campaign comprises five subjects and is complemented by two radio spots that humorously dramatize the daily topicality and thematic breadth of the newspaper. In the style of collage-like news reports, the speakers change the topic and the corresponding tone of voice in mid-sentence - from cutting to raving, from sober to euphoric - and thus emphasize that one is comprehensively informed about all areas of life in the "Tagi.
