Publicis shows for Pink Ribbon: The right grip can save lives

To mark the 10th anniversary of Pink Ribbon Switzerland, various activities will be held in October. Publicis is supporting the fight against breast cancer with its pro bono project «The Pink Route»—an unusual climbing route at the popular Milandia climbing center.

The amazing campaign under the motto "The right grip can save lives" aims to show women how important it is to regularly check their own breasts. To this end, a special climbing route with breast-shaped climbing holds was installed at the Milandia climbing center in Greifensee. Climbers are thus automatically made aware that precise palpation and conscious grasping are not only important when climbing, but also when it comes to the early detection of breast cancer.

Various celebrity ambassadors are supporting the project. These include climbing world champion Petra Klingler, former Miss Switzerland, presenter and digital influencer Dominique Rinderknecht, top model Tamy Glauser and 12-time figure skating world champion Denise Bielmann. In addition, marathon runner Anna Hahner traveled from Germany to Switzerland to show that breast cancer does not stop at national borders. The entire campaign was documented on film and shared via the Ambassadors' social media channels. Naturally with the aim of saving even more lives.

In addition, a website was created where, for once, you don't scroll from top to bottom, but from bottom to top. Just as if you were climbing up a real climbing wall: Pinkroute.ch

If you would like to experience "The Pink Route" live, you can do so in October at the Milandia climbing center in Greifensee. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm.
