Renzen Communications launches campaign for new PostBus app
To raise awareness of the new PostAuto app among a broad audience, the Aarau-based agency Renzen designed and implemented a large-scale launch campaign across various online and offline channels.

At the heart of the implementation is a cross-measure key visual that gets to the heart of one of the core benefits of the new app: ticket purchasing for the entire Swiss public transport system. Whether train, boat or bus/Postbus - as with the SBB app, tickets can also be purchased across all networks with just a few clicks using the PostBus app. Another important function for communication was the practical "countdown display", which shows at any time on the home screen when you have to start from your current location to your individually definable favorite destinations. In addition, other advantages and differentiating features of the app had to be communicated, such as regional offers, the lost-and-found function, and tips for excursions throughout the country.

In the online area, the focus was on Facebook App Install Ads, Instagram App Install Ads and a Google Universal App Campaign under the motto "mobile first". In addition, "explainer videos" in German, French and Italian were implemented for use on the web and on online platforms.
For offline use, info flyers, mini flyers in credit card format, beach flags for sampling, advertisements and measures for internal motivation and communication including an employee competition were created. A spot for use on TV and at events (festivals) was also created. The new app has been available in the App Store and Google Play since July 3, 2017.
