Futurecom ensures more movement with the iMpuls Summer Games
Futurecom, the digital agency of Y&R Group Switzerland, conceived and implemented the iMpuls Summer Games for Migros.

The new health initiative iMpuls wants to make an important contribution to a healthy lifestyle with inspiring tips and diverse offers. Now the iMpuls Summer Games are being launched. The goal is more movement in everyday life. However, the focus is not only on performance, but also on fun and games.
Anyone can participate - alone or in groups. There are various challenges to choose from. The running challenge involves a team of up to four participants running against each other, with the steps taken during a week counting. In the process, the participants run through a virtual landscape, landing on fields with quiz questions that move them forward or on those that slow them down. Those who prefer to play on their own can perform witty feats of their own in the photo challenge and take part with a photo proof. Either way, taking part is rewarded with lots of attractive prizes.
On four weekends between June 24 and August 5, iMpuls will also transform 7 Swiss cities into giant Fangis playgrounds. The aim is to catch the strikingly dressed promoters with the camera, whose location is displayed on an interactive map. The iMpuls Summer Games run from June 24 to August 5.
To enable a connection for as many wearables as possible, Futurecom relies on a technology from the USA that is already used in the healthcare and insurance sectors. In addition, the possibility was created to also use an iPhone as a tracking device. The iMPuls Summer Games take place on the associated website www.impuls-sommerspiele.ch. In addition to the challenges, interested parties can find more information here.
