GIA Informatik with contemporary website relaunch

GIA Informatik, headquartered in Oftringen, is a leading IT services company in the SME market with around 150 employees. Its core competencies are in the areas of ERP (SAP), IT services with its own cloud infrastructure and product development for well-known customers such as Rivella, Ricola or Siegfried. The progressive and high-quality services as well as the company values fairness, reliability and trust were to be communicated authentically and freshly by means of a redesign.

After an agency evaluation, GIA marketing manager Silvan Wyser decided to collaborate with the design agency Januar Designbureau from Zurich. The SEO specialists from Online Marketing in Zug took over the consulting and project management.

"Thanks to the trusting and open-minded collaboration with GIA, it was possible to realize an innovative and bold design concept," says Fredy Espejo, January's art director responsible for creation and user experience. "By Swiss standards. the new website certainly stands out with its abstract, dark 3D imagery, bold color accents and a flexible grid layout."

The previous content and the hitherto complex information architecture were greatly reduced for better user guidance. Today's central mobile use is taken into account by means of a fully responsive website concept. In addition, the latest technical possibilities for a convincing user experience were exploited in the front-end implementation. "Thus, the new online presence with its self-confident charisma and modern design language visibly distinguishes itself from our competitive environment," explains Marketing Manager Silvan Wyser.

The digital-first brand refresh with a new visual language and the typography concept are to be implemented step by step in all communication channels in the coming months to ensure a consistent market presence.
