Crispy from the grill

Food No perfect summer is complete without a tasty barbecue - our country is well stocked with meat and sausage specialties for hot grills on hot days. But that hasn't stopped Zurich's LakeSide from expanding its range with a new, wholesome delicacy. In addition to crispy salads, California bars and cool coupes, the restaurant on the lake has recently started offering fiery thighs from South American, (hopefully) controlled production, with the best whip - sorry, grill masters always keeping the carefully selected pieces at the right distance from the embers so that the skin does not burst, the meat is crispy on the outside and remains juicy on the inside. Above all, to allow the unique flavor to come into its own.
