Livesystems and AFA Bus Bring DOOH to the Bernese Oberland
33 screens in 21 vehicles: Since January, AFA Bus’s fleet has been traveling through the Bernese Oberland equipped with the Livesystems system—generating more than 2.3 million gross contacts per year.

Since January, AFA Bus has been operating its buses between Adelboden, Frutigen, Kandersteg, and Lenk with a new digital companion: the screen system from Livesystems. The partnership between Livesystems and AFA Bus brings 33 displays to 21 vehicles in the fleet—and reaches an audience that travels daily on the winding roads of the Bernese Oberland.
33 screens, 15 lines, more than 2.3 million contacts
A total of 33 screens were installed in 21 vehicles in the AFA fleet. A wide variety of passengers travel daily on the 15 routes through the Bernese Oberland: commuters, hiking groups, winter sports enthusiasts, and tourists from abroad. According to the press release, this diversity results in more than 2.3 million gross contacts per year.
The content displayed on the screens is designed to inform and entertain passengers with a balanced mix of news, infotainment, and advertising. For advertisers, the displays offer high visibility among an active, mobile target audience—for both regional and nationwide campaigns.
