Corpmedia stages deceleration for Aqua Spa Resorts

Just in time for the start of the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle, Corpmedia is bringing the longing for peace and relaxation to the screen. The new 20-second Christmas spot for Aqua Spa Resorts consciously highlights the need to slow down and will be broadcast on SRF from November 24 to 30, 2025. The focus is on the brand's popular spa vouchers, which have established themselves as a timeless gift idea.

At the center of the film is a young woman, played by model Annika, who is in danger of drowning in the hectic office routine. Overflowing piles of paper, ringing telephones and an incessant flood of e-mails characterize her working world. Only a glance at a snow globe changes everything. It serves as a visual transitional element that immerses the viewer in the warm, atmospheric world of the Hürlimann Spa Zurich. Surrounded by soft light and soothing steam, the protagonist lies relaxed in the pool. The message is clear: if you give a spa voucher as a gift, you are giving the gift of peace and relaxation.

Production with vintage lenses

The film was shot over two days at two locations: the Aqua Spa Resorts headquarters in Sursee and the Hürlimann Spa in Zurich. A Sony Burano in 8.6K and Rehoused MIR vintage lenses from the Ukraine were used to give the film its characteristic depth and warmth. Gentle tracking shots using sliders and dollies emphasize the contrast between stress and relaxation. The magical transition through the snow globe was realized in great detail in After Effects.
