Spinas Civil Voices launches new campaign for SZBLIND
The Swiss Central Association for the Blind (SZBLIND) is expanding its long-running awareness campaign, «We Blind People See Differently,» with a new theme. Created by Spinas Civil Voices, the campaign features an XXL cat and raises awareness about the different way people with blindness perceive the world.

This autumn, the Swiss Central Association for the Blind (SZBLIND) is adding a new subject to its long-standing image and awareness campaign. Once again, the striking staging idea by the agency Spinas Civil Voices focuses on the different way of seeing for people with blindness.
People who go through life with limited sight or hearing use their other senses - smell, taste or touch - to find their way around. The young hiker may not be able to see the chickadee with her eyes, but she can see it all the more intensely with her hands.

Inclusive Switzerland as a goal
Since 2020, the "We blind people see differently" campaign with its positive approach has been inviting sighted people to empathize with the sensory world of blind people. In this way, SZBLIND is positioning itself as a bridge builder for an inclusive Switzerland in which the more than 377,000 people with visual impairments, blindness or deafblindness are part of society.
The long-term campaign raises awareness of SZBLIND, creates trust and thus prepares the ground for successful appeals for donations.
