Cinergy expands ticket service with Arena Cinemas
The movie theater and ticketing platform Cineman.ch has now integrated Arena Cinemas into its online ticketing system. As a result, it offers a unified ticketing service throughout Switzerland for all language regions.
The Cinergy brand Cineman.ch announced the integration of Arena Cinemas into its online ticketing system on Monday. From now on, moviegoers can purchase tickets for Arena Youcinema in Oftringen directly via Cineman.ch. By the end of the third quarter of 2025, tickets for all Arena Cinemas locations - including Zurich, Basel, Aargau, Glarus, Geneva, Fribourg, Lugano and Locarno - will be available for purchase on the platform.
According to Cineman, the new partnership means that all three language regions in Switzerland are covered almost nationwide for the first time. This centralizes and simplifies access to cinema tickets for users.
According to Arena Cinemas Managing Director Patrick Tavoli, the cooperation will enable an improved service and a more efficient way of reaching visitors. Michelle Knoblauch, Chief Product Owner of Cineman, adds: "The integration of Arena Cinemas brings us a big step closer to our goal of offering all movie fans in Switzerland a seamless and user-friendly experience."
