In his role, Nicolas Kröger will drive forward cross-divisional process optimizations and improve data quality and data accessibility within Manor in addition to the digital business, the app and omnichannel activities.

In order to manage this transformation in a targeted manner, a practice-oriented transformation unit is to be set up that combines expertise in business processes with advanced technologies such as machine learning, generative and agentic AI, computer vision and predictive analytics. The focus here is on measurable business benefits and faster implementation of new technologies.

"Technology is a powerful tool - but in the end, it is our employees whose creativity, operational expertise and customer understanding transform the digital tools into real added value," emphasizes Nicolas Kröger. "The key to success is the interplay between technology, processes and people."

The shopping experience for customers will also be continuously improved through the targeted use of new and innovative technologies - for a seamless and inspiring shopping experience at Manor.
