Dallenwil-Wirzweli relies on a playful hiking map
The Dallenwil-Wirzweli cable car is launching a new adventure map for hikers that combines navigation and activities in a fun way. Cutout Studio is responsible for the illustrations.

Nidwaldner Luftseilbahn Dallenwil-Wirzweli AG is developing a new marketing concept for its hiking area: a detailed and playful adventure map designed to appeal to children and adults alike.
Cutout Studio GmbH from Zofingen illustrated a realistic depiction of the hiking trails and the characteristic buildings and landscapes of Wirzweli. This makes it easy for guests to find their way around and plan their tours, writes the Dallenwil-Wirzweli aerial cableway. To further emphasize the attractiveness of the region, the studio also playfully illustrated selected highlights of the area and activities.
The map also serves as a brochure. This was designed by Ellf Werbung and contains additional information about current events, restaurants and accommodation options.
Enabling an intensive experience
"With the new map, we want to give visitors an even more intense experience in Wirzweli and have paid attention to details such as the realistic mountain landscape to create even more atmosphere. We were even able to integrate the Wirzweli mascot, the little witch, in this way," explains Philippe Moesch, illustrator and owner of Cutout Studio GmbH. "The combination of information and atmospheric illustration makes the map a valuable companion for anyone who wants to explore the region."
"The map achieved a high number of organic impressions on social media in a short space of time," summarizes Moesch.
