Liip and Terre des hommes provide a view of the world through children's eyes

The children's charity Terre des hommes (Tdh) recently launched its new website. The focus is on the children's perspective: Through personal accounts, videos, and podcasts, they share their stories and actively contribute to Tdh's new digital presence. The organization hopes this will help it build closer ties with its target audiences.

With the launch of the new website Tdh.org the Swiss children's aid organization Terre des hommes is putting children's perspectives at the center of its digital presence. The children the organization supports worldwide use creative tools such as drawings, videos or podcasts to present their view of the world. In addition, the website allows donors, volunteers or partner organizations to be closer to the projects on the ground.

"The website offers an immersive experience to dive into the children's world, learn about their realities and share their dreams. Through their stories, you can see the impact our projects have on the ground," explains Joakim Löb, Head of Communications at Tdh's Lausanne headquarters.

The change of the domain name from Tdh.ch to Tdh.org reflects the international reach of Tdh as an organization active worldwide with projects in more than 30 countries and employing more than 2,000 local staff.

For the creation of the website, Tdh collaborated with the Liip agency. The new website also promises improved security and navigation speed, as well as a simplified user experience.
