The Aarau-based digital agency Previon has appointed Claudio Scicchitano as Chief Operating Officer (COO) as of January 1, 2026. With this appointment, the agency aims to increase its operational clout and accelerate its mission to transform traditional business models into successful digital concepts.

Scicchitano has been with Previon since 2023 and previously held the position of Head Transformation & Operation. In this role, he played a key role in shaping the agency's development. His focus was on optimizing internal workflows and processes and increasing efficiency across the entire team.

New technologies are changing the service business

According to Previon, the service business is facing a fundamental change. New technological possibilities such as artificial intelligence and automation are not only changing customer requirements, but also enabling completely new ways of working and business models. As COO, Claudio Scicchitano will play a leading role in shaping this transformation at Previon.

"We are in a phase in which technology is radically changing the way we create added value," explains Claudio Scicchitano. "My goal is to continue to develop Previon in such a way that we fully exploit these new opportunities - for more innovation and even more direct benefits for our customers."

Focus on efficient processes and innovation

In his new role as COO, Scicchitano synchronizes Previon's internal structures with the agency's ambitions. He ensures that technological innovations flow directly into efficient processes. The aim is to ensure the quality of work and transform digital change into a measurable advantage for clients.

"Claudio has proven that he can design our processes in such a way that they relieve our team and at the same time create space for new ideas," says Roger Wernli, CEO of Previon. "At a time when our business model is evolving, his experience with efficient processes and modern working methods is worth its weight in gold."

Previon describes itself as an agency that transforms knowledge into digital solutions in order to accelerate processes, open up new sources of revenue and give customers a measurable advantage.
