Two talented young journalists new at CNN Money Switzerland
With Olivia Chang and Tanya König, two talented young journalists with international experience have joined CNN Money Switzerland.
Olivia Chang joins the team from CNN Money Switzerland as a video journalist. She will create news reports and conduct interviews about the Swiss business community for the program, which will air weekdays from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Most recently, Olivia Chang graduated from the team of CNN Money in New York, where she produced videos and content for the business news app "CNN MoneyStream." Born in Australia, she began her journalism career as an assistant editor at the North Sydney Times. She then went to work as a weekend editor at the Business Insider Australia in Sydney, where she was promoted to newsroom producer. In 2017, she successfully earned a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University in New York. Olivia Chang speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin and German.
As a journalist, Tanya König has joined the team of CNN Money Switzerland joined. She will primarily create content for social media and contribute to the design of the TV program. Tanya König began her professional career in her native Rapperswil as a trainee at the Linth Newspaper. During this time, she was selected from 350 applicants for training at the Ringier School of Journalism in 2008 and trained as a video journalist at Ringier WebTV. At the University of Zurich, Tanya König also studied sinology, film studies and political science. For Ringier, SRF and RTP, the public television in Portugal, she worked as multimedia editor, presenter and reporter. Tanya König speaks English, German, Portuguese, French, Spanish and Mandarin.
