Viktoria Hofmann takes over management of Mindshare DACH
Katja Anette Brandt is leaving Mindshare and handing over leadership of the DACH region to Viktoria Hofmann. She will assume her new position as CEO on March 1, 2025.

Mindshare is setting the course for the future: Viktoria Hofmann will become CEO DACH from March 1, 2025, succeeding Katja Anette Brandt, who is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities outside the WPP Group.
Brandt has been responsible for the business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since March 2017 and has driven forward the positioning of the agency under the "Good Growth" mission statement. With a focus on transformation, innovation, sustainability and diversity, she strategically developed Mindshare and expanded its market share.
Viktoria Hofmann joined Mindshare in 2018 and played a key role in the agency's development as Managing Director and Chief Client Officer (CCO). Prior to this, she gained extensive management experience within the Dentsu Group.
Katja Anette Brandt says goodbye with positive words: "I look back on my time at Mindshare and GroupM with great gratitude and pride. Mindshare is now excellently positioned in Germany and the DACH region. We have achieved a great deal together over the last eight years. I would like to thank the many special people I have had the privilege of working with. First and foremost, I would like to thank our customers for their trust and excellent partnership. I would also like to thank the great Mindshare and GroupM family in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, my colleagues at Mindshare Global and the strong DACH leadership team at GroupM. I wish Viktoria and the entire team continued success. I value her highly as a leader. She is an excellent choice to continue Mindshare's successful path of recent years."
Viktoria Hofmann emphasizes the future prospects: "After seven years of close collaboration with Katja, I am delighted to be taking over the management of Mindshare. Together, we have shaped Mindshare into an innovative agency with a top working culture and have successfully supported many leading brands in achieving their marketing goals and implementing their transformation processes. Consistently focusing on the needs of our clients will remain my central focus in the future. I thank you for your trust and look forward to writing the next chapter of the Mindshare success story with the great team and our fantastic clients. Special thanks to Katja - I am proud to continue her work."
Claus Bröckers, CEO DACH GroupM, emphasizes the importance of this personnel decision: "With their work at Mindshare, Katja and her team have played a major role in our successful development as GroupM in recent years. I would like to thank Katja for this and wish her all the best for the future. I am very pleased that in Viktoria we have found a highly qualified successor within our own ranks who stands for continuity and the continuation of our successful path to date."
