The ticketing market is changing, digitalization is advancing rapidly and event organizers are facing many new challenges. Ticketcorner has accompanied these developments and launched a number of new services and products in recent years: Cashless payment solutions, live event apps, the Prime Corporate Shop and dynamic pricing for events and ski destinations.

A team of marketing, CRM and technology specialists has been set up in Rümlang to optimize the marketing of the events. They drive data marketing on site and have access to Europe's largest and most modern ticket customer database from CTS Eventim. All digital channels are used optimally for event organizers in strict compliance with the new data protection regulations.

In order to drive these developments forward, Ticketcorner has now also expanded its management team and strengthened it with two new members.

Bernhard Keller started as the new Chief Finance Officer at Ticketcorner back in May. The 44-year-old previously worked for Acutronic, Swarovski, Ifolor and, most recently, Zahnarztzentrum, where he was CFO and a member of the Executive Board. Thanks to his extensive experience, Bernhard Keller will also assume responsibility for IT and Legal at Ticketcorner.

Pascal Zürcher has been Chief Marketing Officer at Ticketcorner since June. The marketing and technology expert brings over 15 years of industry experience in management positions and in-depth knowledge in the areas of software and product development, customer and system consulting, sales and e-commerce services. The 40-year-old industry insider also has a broad network in the Swiss event world. He is now also responsible for the Ski division at Ticketcorner.

Urs Wyss (53), former CMO and a member of the Ticketcorner Management Board since 2006, has taken over as CSO (Chief Sales Officer) and is now in charge of the divisions that previously reported directly to CEO Andreas Angehrn.
