Thomas Speich becomes new editorial director of SonntagsZeitung
Thomas Speich, currently head of the Production & Design department, will become the new editor-in-chief of the SonntagsZeitung effective January 1, 2018, sharing the role with Andreas Kunz. Thomas Speich will take over from Andrea Bleicher, who is starting her own company at the end of the year.
Thomas Speich worked as deputy head of production at the SonntagsZeitung from 2000 to 2003. He then helped to redesign the Zurich and Region section at the Tages-Anzeiger and took over as editor of Züritipp in 2006. In mid-2013, he took over co-responsibility in the convergent editorial department of the Tages-Anzeiger and later became head of the new Production & Design department.
