René Scheu leaves the NZZ in early summer
René Scheu, head of the feature section at the NZZ, has decided to take on a new professional challenge this summer. He will move to the Institute for Swiss Economic Policy IWP at the University of Lucerne on July 1, 2021.
Scheu will support the Institute for Swiss Economic Policy (IWP) as managing director from mid-year, the media group writes in a statement. The philosopher and Italianist joined the institute at the beginning of 2016. NZZ and successfully set its own accents in the feature section right from the start. Under his leadership, the Debatten feuilleton has attracted a great deal of attention beyond the country's borders.
