Rebeca Garcia new Head of Corporate Communications at KPMG Switzerland
KPMG Switzerland has appointed Rebeca Garcia as its new Head of Corporate Communications. She took over the role on December 1, 2020.
Rebeca Garcia is a lawyer and has 15 years of professional experience in corporate communications. She has worked in the communications departments of global financial services providers such as UBS and Credit Suisse, where she gained experience in crisis communications during the financial crisis from 2007 to 2009. At the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA), she expanded communications and lobbying activities in Europe and was responsible for the umbrella organization's communications activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
Most recently, Rebeca Garcia was Deputy Head of Corporate Communications at Vontobel, where her responsibilities included establishing and expanding Vontobel's communications activities in Asia.
