New partner for Unic
Ivo Bättig joins Unic's team of partners as of April 1, 2017. Bättig has been with the company since April 1, 2011 and was responsible for Unic's operational business for over four years.
As a proven expert in the industry, he has set new impulses with his profound know-how in the areas of IT, consulting and management, according to a statement.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Ivo Bättig then led the strategy process and played a key role in shaping the further development of Unic and the associated introduction of the responsive organizational form of Holacracy.
Today, he holds various roles. In addition to his focus on Unic's project business, he accompanies the introduction and development of the new organizational form at Unic and the associated cultural change as Holacracy Implementation Lead and Coach.
Before joining Unic, Ivo Bättig worked in various management functions, industries and countries and gained many years of international experience as a management consultant at Accenture.
