New management organization at 20 Minuten Friday

From July 1, 2017, Kerstin Netsch will take over the overall editorial management of 20 Minuten Friday. Her deputy will be the long-standing lifestyle editor Marc-André Capeder. Christina Duss, a familiar face, is also returning to the Friday team.

As in February communicated long-time co-editor Sabine Eva Wittwer is leaving the editorial team at the end of June to take a long trip with her family. From July 1, 2017, Kerstin Netsch will take over the overall management of the editorial team. She will continue to report to Marco Boselli, Head of Journalism and Processes at the 20 Minuten Group.

Marc-André Capeder, who has already been working for 20 Minuten Friday for several years, will also take over as deputy editor-in-chief from July 1, 2017. Marc-André Capeder studied journalism at the School of Applied Linguistics in Zurich and also worked as an editorial assistant at "Blick". After an extended period as a freelance journalist in New York, he began working as a lifestyle editor for 20 Minuten Friday in 2010, where he was responsible for various projects and special editions.

From September 2017, Christina Duss will also be joining the team as head of the "Stars & Life" department and online journalist. Christina Duss began her journalistic career at 20 Minuten in 2004, while at the same time studying journalism at the MAZ in Lucerne. When 20 Minuten Friday was launched in 2008, Christina Duss became part of the editorial team and worked on the development of the first issue of the new title. She later moved to the women's magazine Annabelle as lifestyle editor. She currently works as society editor for SonntagsZeitung and Tages-Anzeiger.
