Migros startup Bestsmile gets a company director
Bestsmile, the dentistry startup acquired by Migros just over a year ago, is getting a new management team. As of September 1, 2023, Yumy Pham will become CEO. According to Bestsmile, current CEO Michael Wendt is leaving the company at his own request at the end of March.
Pham joins Bestsmile from Confiserie Sprüngli, where she is currently marketing director. Prior to that, she held various positions within the Swatch Group watch company and was head of communications for the Carl F. Bucherer watch company, according to a statement on Thursday.
Manon Rordorf has also taken on a new role at Bestsmile, according to the company. She had already taken on the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in November last year and also strengthens the management team.
