Michael Kaspar becomes Editor-in-Chief of Zürcher Oberland Medien
Michael Kaspar, 54, is taking over as editor-in-chief of Zürcher Oberland Medien. He has been working as an editorial manager for Tamedia’s Zurich regional newspapers since 2015.
Kaspar will take up his new position on October 1, according to a press release published on Zueriost.ch, ZOM's online platform, on Tuesday.
He succeeds Christian Brändli, who stepped down at the end of last year due to "differing views" on the future digital direction and its organization (Werbewoche.ch reported).
Kaspar's deputies are Malte Aeberli, who has been working for Oberland Medien for around five years, and Stefan Nägeli, who will move from Tele Top to ZOM on November 1. (SDA/swi)
