Katrin Nesemann Joins BOLDT BPI in Zurich

Starting in July 2026, Katrin Nesemann will join BOLDT BPI as a partner at its Zurich office. The transformation specialist joined the consulting firm, which was named «2026 EMEA Agency of the Year» by Provoke last year. Nesemann is working with BOLDT BPI founding partner Matthias Graf to further expand the firm’s services in the DACH region.

BOLDT BPI has been operating under the umbrella of Bully Pulpit International (BPI) since the end of 2023 and supports leaders and companies at the intersection of strategic communications, public affairs, and positioning campaigns. A key focus of the firm’s consulting services is providing internal and external support for change processes.

Trust as the Key Currency in Uncertain Times

Geopolitical volatility, uncertainties in international trade policy, and the handling of artificial intelligence are currently among the most pressing challenges facing CEOs and CCOs. «The executives we speak with and work alongside have all recognized where the most pressing challenges lie at the moment,» says Matthias Graf. «Above all, they are interested in receiving clear, fact-based analysis and, based on that, concrete ideas for addressing regulatory, organizational, or positioning-related issues.» Trust, he adds, is the most important currency in times of major change—and that is precisely where the consulting firm comes in. Nesmeann’s 25 years of experience in communications and organizational development bring «a lot of added value» to clients, according to Graf.

These issues affect not only large Swiss corporations but also SMEs and smaller organizations such as foundations and NGOs.

Cross-National Teams and AI-Based Systems at Katrin Nesemann BOLDT BPI

«What impresses me about BOLDT BPI, aside from the state-of-the-art platforms used for clients, are the consistently cross-border teams with which we also support our Swiss clients,» says Katrin Nesemann. «This ensures that a project team always includes the brightest minds from across BPI, each with the right expertise. Especially when it comes to transformation processes with an international focus, this is a crucial factor for providing successful, pragmatic support at the highest level.»

BPI is on a growth trajectory in Europe: In the spring of 2026, the Berlin-based agency 365 Sherpas, with its 60 employees, joined the group, and the offices in London and Brussels were also expanded. In addition, BPI is expanding its own systems—some of which are AI-based—designed to help companies tackle current challenges. In total, the BPI Group employs more than 400 people across eleven markets in the U.S. and Europe.
