Infel strengthens Bern location with new agency manager and move to city center
Infel, an agency specializing in content-driven communication, is bringing on Stefan Herrmann—a communications professional with extensive agency experience—as its office manager effective October 1, 2018; the agency is relocating from Wabern to the city center and securing new clients in the federal capital.

In addition to his extensive network in the Bern region, Stefan Herrmann also has in-depth expertise in online PR. After completing his degree in business administration at the University of Bern, he learned the PR trade at the Bern branch of Farner Consulting. In 2001, Herrmann joined the young By the Way Communications to help it grow to its current size as one of the managing partners, before moving to By the Way Studio in 2016. There he managed mandates such as IKEA Switzerland, Bosch Switzerland and SBB. The Bernese veteran is looking forward to his new challenge with great motivation: "I am excited to have more opportunities for editorial work again with the experts for content and corporate publishing and in the Bernese competence area of the energy industry. On the other hand, I'm looking forward to using my content experience and my expertise in online PR to open up new business areas and opportunities for Infel."
More power - also for new mandates
Herrmann's arrival on October 1, 2018 not only brings a number of new mandates to Infel's portfolio. It also creates greater scope for CEO Alfredo Trasatti, who, in addition to the head office in Zurich, has also managed the Bern office on an interim basis in recent months. He comments: "In future, I will be able to focus more on strategy, acquisition and maintaining customer relationships." This also comes in handy because Infel has recently won a prestigious new contract with the Federal Administration.
Closer to customers in the center of Bern
The move from Wabern to Laupenstrasse 8 in the city center of Bern is a further contribution to the new impetus at Infel Bern. For Trasatti, everything is falling into place perfectly: "The new location not only brings us closer to our customers - old and new - but also sets an example and supports the new momentum at Infel."
