Hanspeter Kienberger is new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Frey & Frey
On May 1, 2019, Bern-based entrepreneur Hanspeter Kienberger succeeded Walter Bär as chairman of the board of directors of the communications company Frey & Frey.

The qualified auditor and partner of Bommer+Partner Treuhandgesellschaft has been firmly anchored in Bern for years, according to the statement. The 57-year-old has also been chairman of the board of BSC YB since 2012. Kienberger is married and the father of two grown-up children. The top priority in all his work is to create optimal framework conditions so that the companies he serves can focus fully on their core business.
Kienberger is enthusiastic about his new role: "The exciting and challenging business areas in which the creative company operates appeal to me greatly. I am very pleased to be able to contribute to the further development of this company.
In addition to Hanspeter Kienberger as the new Chairman, the Board of Directors is composed of the three partners and current Board members Dominic Hefti, Michel Brechbühl, and Roman Curau, as well as the financial specialist Markus Ochsner, who has been a member of the Board since 2011.
Founded in Berne in 1978, Frey & Frey is one of Switzerland's leading three-dimensional communications companies, active in the exhibition, corporate interior, event and advertising technology sectors. It employs around 30 full-time staff and two years ago moved to Flamatt on the outskirts of Berne in a tailor-made new building with offices, workshop, production and logistics.
