Furrerhugi expands management
Since early June 2024, Lisa Kneubühler and Véronique Haller have joined the executive board of the Furrerhugi agency as managing partners, bringing the total number of board members to six. With this move, the agency is ensuring that it will continue to develop successfully as an owner-managed business in the future.

Over the past 18 years, Furrerhugi has successfully established itself as Switzerland's leading agency for public affairs and public relations. Today, Furrerhugi manages a portfolio of over 300 mandates and projects with a 60-strong team at four locations in Switzerland. This basis and the positive economic development have enabled Furrerhugi to further develop the agency's organization, according to a press release. Lisa Kneubühler and Véronique Haller joined the agency's management team at the beginning of June.
"We are ideally positioned to take this next step towards the generational sustainability of our company," says CEO Andreas Hugi. "We are building on our previous success and at the same time creating space for the entrepreneurial and owner-managed further development of the agency." Both Kneubühler and Haller are taking a stake in the agency, it is reported.
They complement the now six-member management of Furrerhugi, which previously consisted of the two founding partners Lorenz Furrer and Andreas Hugi (CEO), Lorenz Jaggi (COO) and Helen Wili (Head of Finance and HR). Lisa Kneubühler and Véronique Haller bring additional qualifications and national and international networks from the federal administration, private sector, associations and politics. "With their wealth of experience and expertise, Lisa Kneubühler and Véronique Haller will set new accents in the six-member management board," says Hugi.
Véronique Haller joined Furrerhugi in 2023 after more than fifteen years in the diplomatic service. She held various management positions in Switzerland and abroad, including in Washington and Pretoria. In 2018, she was the personal advisor to the then President of the Swiss Confederation, Alain Berset. Born in Vaud and fully bilingual, she began her professional career in tax consultancy and sports marketing. She is an experienced political strategist and recently completed the MIT course in Leadership and Artificial Intelligence for Managers.
Lisa Kneubühler gained several years of agency experience during and after her studies at the University of St. Gallen. At UBS, she worked in external and internal communications at global and national level before setting up her own company at the interface between strategy and communications. Most recently, she was responsible for the digital transformation of the branch office at the Swiss Bankers Association. Further training in negotiation techniques and financial management round off her profile.
