Francesco Corbino new Head of E-Sports at By the Way Communications
Further reinforcement for the Bern-based full-service communications and sports management agency By the Way Communications: Since August 1, 2017, Francesco Corbino has been leading the e-sports unit as Head of eSports.
Francesco Corbino, who completed a postgraduate degree in "Brand and Marketing Management" at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2015, is moving from Electronic Arts (or ABC Distribution & Retail Solutions) to the federal city. At by the way communications, he is primarily responsible for business development in the eSports sector. The rapidly growing E-Sports business unit of By the Way Communications now comprises a team of three employees. The service portfolio includes services in all areas and for all players in the entire e-sports eco-system (endemic and non-endemic brands, teams, players, marketers, associations, media, etc.).
Before joining Electronic Arts, Corbino worked for Graubünder Kantonalbank as Project Manager Sponsoring & Events, where his responsibilities included sponsoring HC Davos.
