There has been a change in leadership at Energy Schweiz: CEO Kevin Gander is leaving the company effective immediately. Alexander Theobald, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will take over operational management on an interim basis.

Milestones Under Kevin Gander
According to the press release, since taking office in December 2024, Kevin Gander has restructured the group’s leadership and successfully driven the refocusing of the programming lineup. In doing so, he is said to have laid the groundwork for the group’s future viability by professionalizing radio and music programming and optimizing the event portfolio from a financial perspective. However, after achieving several key milestones, differing views on the group’s long-term direction led to the decision to end the collaboration.
Theobald will take on operational duties on an interim basis
To ensure seamless continuity in day-to-day operations and for upcoming event highlights, Alexander Theobald, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Energy, will assume operational responsibilities on an interim basis effective immediately.
