Eliane Tschudi takes over the newly created position "Client Service Director" at Plan.Net Suisse
Eliane Tschudi is responsible for expanding and further developing Plan.Net Suisse’s consulting services, with the clear goal of providing her clients with even better service. As Client Service Director, this communications expert in both traditional and digital media joins the agency’s management team.
In her new role, Eliane Tschudi sees herself as a strategic consultant for clients and the agency. She looks after key account clients at national and local level and assumes responsibility for the economic and content-related aspects of the budgets. Her focus is on customer satisfaction, quality assurance and continuous development. With her many years of experience on the corporate side, she is ideally placed to optimally represent the needs and expectations of clients within the agency and to develop tailor-made solutions. Eliane Tschudi spent around 20 years working for clients in the areas of branding, digital marketing, social media and marketing communications. The federally certified communications manager also holds a degree in corporate communication management.
