Editor-in-chief Karin El Mais leaves Top Media
Editor-in-Chief Karin El Mais is leaving Top-Medien. Philippe Pfiffner, the managing director of Top-Medien in Winterthur, will take over editorial responsibilities on an interim basis.
The Board of Directors of Top Media regrets the departure, as it announced on Friday. It did not provide any information on the reasons.
El Mais was Editor-in-Chief of Radio Top from January 2022. As of the end of August 2022, Top Medien merged the editorial teams of Radio Top, Tele Top and Top Online. The positions of Editor-in-Chief of Tele Top and Radio Top were eliminated, and Karin El Mais became Editor-in-Chief of Top Media. (Werbewoche.ch reported).
Top Medien employs around 100 people. The broadcasting areas essentially consist of the cantons of Zurich, Thurgau, Schaffhausen and St. Gallen. (SDA)
