Chantal Cartier joins the Schmid Pelli & Partner team
Effective September 1, 2019, Chantal Cartier will be joining the team at Schmid Pelli & Partner. The 36-year-old is recognized as a proven specialist in the hospitality, restaurant, and hotel industries.
A graduate of the renowned Ecole hotelière de Lausanne with an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen/Rotmann School of Management (Toronto), she started her career at Hyatt International in Zurich and then worked for over ten years in various functions at Switzerland Tourism in Zurich. According to the press release, Cartier was responsible for the development and strategic direction of Switzerland Tourism's hotel marketing for many years. She has also been head of global city marketing since 2017.
With her expertise, Cartier is an ideal addition to the team led by Jürg Schmid and Tiziano Pelli as Senior Marketing Consultant, the agency wrote in a press release on Tuesday. Schmid Pelli & Partner is an owner-managed agency for marketing and communication issues with a focus on the tourism, leisure and mobility sectors.
