Catherine Crowden is the new Head of Marketing at Betty Bossi

Effective May 2, 2024, Catherine Crowden will take over as head of Marketing & Sales at Betty Bossi and will join the executive board.

As Head of Marketing & Sales at Betty Bossi, Catherine Crowden will be responsible for planning, implementing and analyzing all marketing and sales activities in both print and digital media. This includes the advertising supplements for Betty Bossi newspaperShe is responsible for all online marketing activities such as newsletter marketing, SEA, display and paid social campaigns as well as for the online store and sales via business partners (business to business). She also takes over the management of the Betty Bossi Customer Center.

She succeeds Lars Feldmann, who was in charge of the division in a dual role alongside his management duties. Lars Feldmann will once again devote himself fully to the management of Betty Bossi.

Five-member management team

Crowden was a project manager at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in the areas of retail, e-commerce and branding. She then worked as Chief Marketing Officer at software manufacturer BSI, which offers CRM and customer experience solutions. She then headed the marketing consultancy BMQ Partners AG, which she co-founded. Catherine Crowden remains a guest lecturer at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Winterthur and is a member of the Best of Swiss Web jury in the Digital Commerce category.

The five-member management team is now made up as follows: Lars Feldmann (Managing Director), Catherine Crowden (Head of Marketing & Sales), Julia Dimmler (Head of Media & Customer Management), Simone Jones (Head of Food Consulting), Susanne Ullrich (Head of Purchasing & Product Management).
