Andres Herzog new in the management of Hochparterre
Lilia Glanzmann will be leaving Hochparterre in February and has therefore stepped down from her role as co-managing director as of the end of 2020. At the start of the year, Andres Herzog took over as her successor on the three-member executive board.

Herzog studied architecture at ETH Zurich and began working as a trainee at Raised first floor and a year later as a freelance journalist at the Tages-Anzeiger. In 2012 he became editor for architecture and since summer 2019 he has been magazine editor at Raised first floor - a function that he will continue to perform. Andres Herzog will manage the fortunes of the company together with Agnes Schmid and Werner Huber. In this set-up, Herzog assumes responsibility for the content, Agnes Schmid is responsible for the economy and Werner Huber takes care of the personnel and is a delegate on the Board of Directors.
Lilia Glanzmann is going back to her roots: she will become Head of Textile Design at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, but will continue to work as a freelance journalist on her subjects.
Raised first floor was founded in 1988 by Benedikt Loderer and Köbi Gantenbein at the publishing house Curti Medien. The two took over the magazine in 1991. Loderer left in 2010, and in 2019 main shareholder Gantenbein handed over the management of the company with 23 employees.
