Andrea Joss becomes COO of Black Frame
Black Frame, a Zurich-based agency specializing in moving images and digital content, has promoted its Head of Public Relations, Andrea Joss, to Chief Operating Officer.
Andrea Joss has been COO of Black Frame since the beginning of May 2024, according to a statement from the agency. In this role, Joss will be responsible for structuring the business divisions and driving forward the expansion of corporate storytelling, among other things. She will retain her responsibilities as Head of Public Relations.
Andrea Joss has been Head of Public Relations at Black Frame since summer 2023 (Advertising Week reported). In this role, she repositioned the Zurich agency and led it to become a market leader in the event sector, the report continues. Joss has also realized various corporate storytelling products. The agency attaches greater importance to corporate communications and intends to strategically expand this second business area.
Andrea Joss has many years of experience in journalism, marketing and corporate communications. Most recently, she was Global Head of Content and Brand for the facility services group ISS.
