Stefanie Kromer is company spokeswoman for Messe Stuttgart

Stefanie Kromer has headed Corporate Communications at Messe Stuttgart since January 1, 2020. In this role, she also serves as the company’s spokesperson and reports to the Management Board Spokesperson, Ulrich Kromer von Baerle, who will retire at the end of January.

31-year-old Stefanie Kromer (pictured above) comes from the ranks of Messe Stuttgart. After studying rhetoric in Tübingen, she began her professional career in the company's communications department. There, as Manager Corporate Communications, she was most recently responsible for internal communications and moving images. In addition to Corporate Communications, Kromer's area of responsibility also includes Media Services with the Trade Fair Press Center.

In her position, Kromer will report to the CEO, Ulrich Kromer von Baerle, until his retirement at the end of January 2020. She is not related to him. From February 2020, she will report to Roland Bleinroth, the new Management Spokesman.

2__Lohnert_Stefan

The supervisory board of Landesmesse Stuttgart (LMS) has appointed Stefan Lohnert as the company's managing director. The 55-year-old Stuttgart native is a trained musician and holds a Master of Arts degree in cultural and event management.

Since 2006, as a member of the management of Messe Stuttgart, he has been in charge of the International Congress Center Stuttgart ICS and responsible for the guest events of LMS.

3_Ulrich_Kromer

Lohnert succeeds 66-year-old Ulrich Kromer-Baerle, who will retire at the end of January 2020 after 18 years in the trade show's executive chair. Ulrich Kromer-Baerle is a critical trade show expert who always has something intelligent to say about developments in the international trade show industry.

His career led him in the early 90s via Expopartner in Zurich, briefly publisher of Expodata Live Kommunikation, to Messe Leipzig and then to Messe Stuttgart.

Messe Stuttgart is one of the leading German trade fair companies with sales of around 178 million euros and earnings of 34 million euros.
